Deltablance eQuilibrium (eQ) Products are designed to relieve back pain, foot disorders, hip discomfort and fatigue by shifting body mass relative to foot positioning while standing. This will increase non-exertional energy consumption and improve lower body blood circulation.

 

Directions for Standing

  1. Use comfortable, flat rubber soled shoes, natural fiber socks, (i.e. wool or cotton), or bare feet.

  2. Do not wear high heels or synthetic stockings while standing on eQ products.

  3. Begin standing on eQ by approaching and engaging the up-slope.

  4. Spend a minute getting used to the sensation of stretching your calfs and feet, then shift to the down-slope to experience effortless up-right balance.

  5. Change positions, often, to rest some muscles and activate others, while you perform your normal tasks.
  6. Please Note: eQ1 is an up-slope standing only product, while eQ2 and eQ3 provide unlimited down-slope and up-slope positioning.
  7. Everyone responds differently to new and increased muscular activity induced by eQ products. The introduction period will quickly reveal weakness in the feet, knees, hips and upper body. These areas will respond positively with continued use of eQ in the following weeks.
  8. Take the time necessary to physically learn the benefits of eQ. It may take a few days to a few weeks to get used to eQ but this initial introduction period is essential for the improvement process. eQ will provide you with a lifetime of comfort.

Only use eQuilibrium® products in a safe, clear area on a flat, dry surface. Please keep the area clear of obstacles. Never lay electrical cords or hoses across the surface of an Deltabalance eQuilibrium product.


Warranty

Deltabalance Inc. warrants that all Deltabalance products are free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials and will repair or replace defective parts or equipment for the period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.


Return Policy

If you have used your eQ product for at least 30 days and are not satisfied with the results you may return it. Before returning any product, please call customer service at 1 780 870 1021 for a return authorization (RA) number.


Package Tracking

Deltabalance uses Canada Post and United Parcel Service (UPS) for our regular shipping. When your package has been shipped an email will be sent with a tracking number.
